Lifelink has supported mental health and emotional wellbeing in communities across Scotland since 1992. Its focused, time-limited one-to-one counselling helps adults and young people understand and manage difficult feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Referral is followed by an assessment, while its Workwell service extends wellbeing support and training to employers and their staff.
